High-Performance Hybrid Solar and Battery Storage

The GEN2-LB-EU 6K combines solar generation, battery storage and grid connectivity within a single hybrid inverter. Its 48V architecture is configured for integration with Fogstar 51.2V battery systems, allowing surplus solar generation to be stored and used when household demand increases or solar production falls.

With up to 125A battery charging and 140A discharge current, the inverter is well suited to larger residential battery storage systems where higher charge and discharge rates are required. Maximum battery charge and discharge power is 6,000W.

The inverter can also charge batteries from the grid, making it suitable for homes using off-peak and time-of-use electricity tariffs. Lower-cost grid electricity can be stored for later use during more expensive periods, helping to reduce peak-rate imports and improve the overall economics of a home battery storage system.

9.6kW Solar PV Input with Dual MPPTs

The GEN2-LB-EU 6K supports up to 9,600W of connected solar PV capacity, providing substantial PV input capability for a 6kW hybrid inverter. Two independent MPPT trackers allow separate solar strings to be managed independently, providing greater flexibility for properties with different roof orientations or array layouts.
