Shipping Information

Delivery Times

Most in-stock items are dispatched on the same working day where possible and are typically delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier schedules and your location.

If an item is on a lead time or special order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise.

Delivery Methods

We use a range of trusted courier and pallet delivery services depending on the size, weight and value of the goods ordered.

Smaller items are generally sent via parcel courier, whilst solar panels, batteries and larger products may be delivered on a pallet service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location. The applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment is completed.

Additional charges may apply to certain postcodes, including parts of Scotland, offshore islands and remote locations. Where this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver throughout mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Dates

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Whilst we will always do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will advise on the available options.

Checking Your Delivery

All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival and before any products are installed or used.

If the packaging appears damaged, we strongly recommend signing for the goods as damaged and notifying us immediately. Where possible, photographs should be taken of both the packaging and the products.

Any damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that failing to check goods on arrival or signing for goods as received in good condition may affect our ability to make a claim with the courier and could impact any subsequent damage claim or return request.

Solar panels, batteries and other fragile products should be checked particularly carefully before installation. Products must not be installed if damage is suspected.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition wherever possible.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods supplied are faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Special order and non-stock items may be subject to a restocking charge where applicable. Any such charge will be advised before a return is authorised.
