Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate. However, manufacturers may change specifications, packaging or product appearance without notice.

Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Whilst we endeavour to keep pricing and stock levels accurate, errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a genuine pricing, stock or technical error has occurred. In such circumstances, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been taken.

Placing an Order

When placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Installation and Product Suitability

Many of the products sold by Off Grid Renewables form part of electrical and renewable energy systems.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and are installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, current regulations and applicable electrical standards.

Where required, installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent person.

Off Grid Renewables provides product information and guidance where possible but does not provide system design certification, electrical certification or installation services unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only.

Customers should not arrange installers, contractors or project schedules until all goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as suitable for installation.

Inspection of Goods

All goods must be inspected upon delivery and before installation.

Any shortages, transit damage or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of receipt.

Where packaging is visibly damaged, customers should sign for the goods as damaged and notify us immediately.

Products must not be installed if damage is suspected.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Certain products, including special order, bespoke and non-stock items, may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Off Grid Renewables are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty periods, coverage and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product type. Warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or through Off Grid Renewables depending on the circumstances.

Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage, modification or use outside of the manufacturer's specifications.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off Grid Renewables shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of generation, loss of business, contractor costs, installation costs, project delays or any other consequential losses arising from the supply, delivery, installation or use of products purchased from us.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images and product information created by Off Grid Renewables, remains our property and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Manufacturer trademarks, logos and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods from Off Grid Renewables shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
