Shipping Information:

• Next Working Day Delivery: Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days from date of order, ensuring that you receive your products promptly. The cut off time for next day delivery is 3PM, however this varies depending on various factors. Please reach out to the team for an accurate delivery date. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. 

• Courier Care: Our trusted couriers handle your packages with the utmost care and diligence. Whether it's delicate solar panels or other products, rest assured that your items are in safe hands throughout the shipping process.

• Shipping Destinations: As standard, we currently only ship to the England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you require a quote for delivery, please reach out to the team. Inspecting Your Solar Panels:

• Day of Arrival Inspection: Upon receiving your solar panels, These must be inspected upon delivery This ensures that any potential defects or issues can be addressed promptly.

• Defect Notification: If you notice any defects or concerns with your solar panels, please notify us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you with any issues you may encounter.

Returns Policy:

• Customer Responsibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that returned items are in their original condition and packaging to facilitate a smooth return process. There is a 20% return fee on all items in the store.
