The cut off time for next day delivery is 3PM, however this varies depending on various factors. Please reach out to the team for an accurate delivery date. • Shipping Destinations: As standard, we ship to the England, Wales, Scotland and other destinations on request. If you require a quote for delivery, please reach out to the team. • Lost or Stolen Packages: Off Grid Renewables is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly.

Inspecting Your Solar Panels:

• Day of Arrival Inspection: Upon receiving your solar panels, These must be inspected upon delivery This ensures that any potential defects or issues can be addressed promptly.

• Defect Notification: If you notice any defects or concerns with your products, please send your OGR order number alongside photos and information to hello@offgridrenewables.co.uk. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you with any issues you may encounter.

Returns Policy:

• Customer Responsibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that returned items are in their original condition and packaging to facilitate a smooth return process. Items that are returned damaged will not be refunded. There is a 20% return fee on all items in the store.
